FAQ – ASQ at Bandara Suites Silom, Bangkok

1. Do you offer a smoking room?

We do have the smoking floor. The smoking room is available at THB 7,000 per stay.

2. Do you offer connecting rooms / Family Room / Couple Room?

Unfortunately, we do not have a connecting room. But we do have Two Bedroom Suite and Three Bedroom Suite for a couple (with a marriage certificate) or family.

3. Can I stay with my partner/children?

A couple with a marriage certificate or a family under the same surname, can stay in the same room. And guest have to sign the consent of risk form and then get approve from Incident Commander (The Government).

4. Can the child stay alone in the room?

Child under 12 years old can stay alone in the room but must have a guardian in Thailand

5. Do you have a balcony?

Our room does not have a balcony but it comes with a large window and wide view of Lumpini Park or City view.

6. Can the window be open?

The window in your room can open a little to enjoy the fresh air.

7. What in-room activity that you provide?

We have many in-room activities that you can enjoy during your quarantine time with us. We do provide complimentary Yoga Mat in every room. You can also buy Yoga Block, Push up Bar, Yoga Ball or rent Spin Bike, Treadmill for your in-room exercise. We also have Paint My Rock activity, Rental Playstation4, Kid activity, and many more.

8. What would happen if an ASQ guest tests positive for COVID-19 during staying at the hotel?

That ASQ guest will be transferred and admitted to hotel partner Hospital (World Medical Hospital). And being taken care of by the certified medical staff in line with the Centre for the COVID-19 Situation Administration’s (CCSA) protocols.

9. Can ASQ guests order deliveries from outside?

Yes, under the following conditions:

- The guest must inform the hotel of the delivery in advance, including the date of delivery and the estimated time of arrival.

- Upon delivery, by the regulation of the government is required the hotel and the nurse team to open and inspect the contents, then reseal the package in the presence of the delivery person, before delivering it to the guest’s room.

- For deliveries of prescription medicines, guests must provide a prescription and get approval from the nurse before send to the guest’s room.

- Items prohibited for delivery include food and beverage, alcohol, narcotics, weapons, and ammunition.

10. Can ASQ guests receive food deliveries from family and friends? Can I order food from outside the hotel?

Yes, under the following conditions:

- Upon delivery, by the regulation of the government is required the hotel and the nurse team to open and inspect the contents, then reseal the package in the presence of the delivery person, before delivering it to the guest’s room.

- The guest must sign a disclaimer letter upon receiving the food

- The nurse recommends that the food should be for one day consume with well cooked and avoid food that easily causes Diarrhea or other cause (for example prohibited menu Somtun, Sushi, Sashimi, Durian). They do not recommend keeping it overnight to prevent food poisoning. As it might be a part of COVID criteria.

11. What food is included in my package?

Your package food is three meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). We will daily send a link menu with a choice that you can choose your meal. Our menu is varied include Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Western, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto Diet, and tailor-made with a soft drink, dessert, fresh fruit.

12. Do you have vegan food options available?

Yes, our Chef can arrange a special tailor-made menu for you.

13. Are pets allowed in hotel rooms?

No. But there is a pet hotel service available in Bangkok. They can pick up your pet from the airport and deliver them to you after the quarantine complete.

14. What is the pick-up process from the airport?

A military team appointed by the government will lead you through the process, then meet our hotel representative at a dedicated gate.

15. What time can I check out on the last day?

You can check out from 06.00hrs. Your friend and family can come to pick you at the hotel. We do have a lobby area provide. We also can arrange a taxi service for you.
